Jorge brings significant growth capital investment as well as consulting and industry expertise having executed more than a dozen deals in emerging markets and over 40 strategic and operational improvement projects including post-merger integrations, commercial due diligences, new product launches, new market entries, cross-selling, cost reductions, people strategy, org design, working capital optimisation, synergy analyses and post investment value creation plans.

Undergraduate experience in marketing at P&G and Reckitt Benckiser with P&L responsibility. Postgraduate experience as consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Strategy Director at British Gas’ US$20 Billion retail and service business and Principal at Ashmore Private Equity in London where he set up its Dubai Private Equity practice after raising a healthcare fund as well as Vice President at Mizuho's Private Equity arm in Dubai. In addition, he worked extensively on monitoring, developing talent and enhancing the performance of portfolio companies and joined several Boards as non-executive director.

Jorge holds an MBA degree from London Business School.

Born in Brazil, Jorge has lived in Canada, the UK, Switzerland and the UAE. He speaks English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. Jorge has worked on transactions across Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Piotr brings significant private equity and investment banking expertise having executed over 75 successful transactions globally worth over US$ 177 Billion in total combined Enterprise Value.  Experienced in executing leveraged buyouts, public and private M&A transactions involving corporates, governments and financial sponsors, IPOs, structuring debt and equity financings, corporate restructurings, carve-outs and distressed sales.

Undergraduate experience at Deka Investment principal investment team directing US$ 3 Billion in healthcare funds, M&A at KBC Group executing over US$ 3 Billion acquisition plan focused on banks and insurance companies, fixed income at BNP Paribas, strategy at UniCredit Group, investment banking (equity capital markets) at Morgan Stanley and consulting at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Postgraduate experience as a Director at UBS Investment Bank (M&A and coverage) in London and Vice President at Mizuho's Private Equity arm in Dubai. 

Piotr holds MA degrees from Copenhagen Business School, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Warsaw School of Economics with highest honours.

Born in Poland, Piotr has lived in France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, the UK and the UAE. He speaks English, Polish and German. Piotr has worked on transactions across Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa, Asia.
